  • Sprint Running Club

    Tuesdays/Thursdays - May 27, 29   June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19

    Improve running skills and endurance during this class led by Osage Alum, Paige Kisley! Be ready to work on warmups, stretching, learning how to pace yourself as you run, cool down . . . and of course some fun and games that accentuate sprinting techniques! At the end of the club sessions, we will show off our new skills with a CRC Track Meet. All participants will need comfortable and properly fitted running shoes and a water bottle. Meet inside the CRC Wellness Center lobby, the coach will then take the participants to the OHS track.

  • Creativity Club

    Join our Creativity Club leaders, Ariana and Emily Keefe, for some fun, hands-on activities at the CRC. Each day will offer crafts and games, with a snack provided. Grab your friends and head on over to the CRC to get your creative juices flowin’!

  • Outdoor Rec

    Do you enjoy being outdoors and being active? If so, Outdoor Rec is just for you! Head on over to the CRC and take part in various activities - dodge ball, volleyball, frisbee golf, gaga ball, kickball, and more. Led by Paige Kisley. Bring a friend and come ready to play; meet at the CRC Wellness Center to begin the activity of the day!

  • SAQ {Strength, Agility, & Quickness}

    Mondays/Wednesdays -

    3:30-4:15 PM  (Youth Grade 5-8)

    Led by Matt Moberg, CRC Sports Training Specialist. 


    SAQ focuses on developing the foundation for lifelong fitness and sports success. These classes are intended for serious-minded young athletes who are looking to prepare for varsity sports by using a combination of body-weight and standard weight training exercises.


    Discipline is important during these classes, with an emphasis on the correct execution of the exercises, safety, and overall fitness. You do not have to participate in all of the classes, but the more classes you are involved in, the better the results! Good athletic shoes (court or running) are required.

  • Youth Strength & Conditioning

    Looking to work on strength, endurance, and flexiblity? This program led by athlete Paige Kisley, will help participants reach their goals and increase their confidence through fun, body weight workouts. Youth going into 4th grade up to 8th grade are welcome to join in this program- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - or all three days of the week!

  • Hurdling Lessons

    Join Paige Kisley, Osage grad and current UNI track athlete, as she teaches proper form for hurdles and helps improve hurdling skills. A great program for those becoming involved with hurdling and those who are already in track! Meet at the CRC Wellness Center lobby and Paige will take the participants to the OHS track.

  • {Youth} Cardio Kickbox

    Wednesdays - June 4, 11, 18, 25

    1:00-1:45 PM (Youth going into 5th-8th Grade)

    @ CRC Wellness Center Sport Court


    A music-driven 45 minute class using punching bags and gloves, with instructed boxing punches, martial arts-style kicks, core, and footwork. Designed to enhance coordination, timing, and body control - led by Matt Moberg!

  • Jr. Triathlon

    Come explore the world of triathlons with us! Kids will learn from CRC coaches that have competed in this sport, lessons will be broken up into days doing parts of the triathlon series. At the end of the program, participants will compete with a Jr. Triathlon where parents, siblings, etc. are welcome to come cheer on the kids!

  • Distance Running Club

    • Toddler Gym & Tumble

      *Toddler Gym & Tumble will resume in the Fall (2025) 


      Who's ready to tumble...and run, jump, and more? We are! Let's get some exercise while we work on our balance and coordination, all while we giggle and play! This class is open to children ages 2-5 years old. Please wear comfy clothes, socks, and have clean sneakers.

    • Toddler Gym & Swim

      *Toddler Gym & Swim will resume in the Fall of 2025*


      8:30-9:30 AM @ CRC Aquatics Center & Sport Court


      Come to the CRC for a morning full of gym and pool play! This program is designed for children 2-5 years old, your child will experience a fun, stimulating environment while improving their social and physical skills.


      Children should come in comfortable play clothes with their swimsuit on underneath. The first half of class will be in the gym and the second half in the pool.


      *Parents/guardians of children ages 3-5 are welcome to stay for the class, but do not have to (please do stay in the building though) - 2 year olds must be accompanied by a parent /guardian.

    • CRC Bingo!

      CRC Bingo will resume in the Winter months.

      *Free event! Monetary or prize donations are greatly appreciated.


      Get ready to play some Bingo! Come for a morning of socialization, snacks, and Bingo. This is a free event, pre-registration is strongly encouraged for planning purposes - those who pre-register will be entered in a drawing for a door prize!


      Light refreshments will be provided.


      Before Bingo, an educational topic will be discussed, presented by various local community members.


      We are looking for local businesses or individual sponsors to sponsor the upcoming Bingo events. Whether this is through a monetary donation, prize donations, or providing a “celebrity” Bingo caller - please contact us for more info! 

    • Gymtime for Littles

      *Gymtime for Littles will resume in the Fall of 2025*

      10:30 AM-1:00 PM @ CRC Sport Court


      It’s a toddler takeover! Parents and toddlers are welcome to come play in the gym on the tumbling mats, at a time reserved just for you! Each session we will have activities and games set up to keep your littles busy. 


      Invite your friends and their kiddos for this special parent supervised play time at the CRC! 


      *Parent/guardian must stay with their toddler at all times. Program is geared for kids ages 5 and under. The cost is for the participant only (guardians do not have a fee for the program).

    • CRC Strong - Youth Lifting Program

      Times and Dates are TBD - Will resume in the Fall of 2025

      $150.00 per 3 month commitment, per person


      This program, led by Justin Trees is targeted for middle schoolers that have completed the SAQ (Strength, Agility, & Quickness) Youth Program that is offered at the CRC by two of our personal trainers. After SAQ has been completed and the participant has been given the go-ahead, then they are able to enroll in CRC Strong! Learn from Justin about proper form, gym etiquette, and ways take your athleticism to the next level. 


      *New CRC Strong groups will start quarterly - January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. 

    • Kid's Cove - Supervised Childcare

      Supervised childcare is provided in the Kid's Cove so parents/guardians can utilize the Wellness Center and/or 24HourFit+.  


      This service is available for children in 3rd grade and under.
