Personal training is a result-driven exercise program designed specifically for you. Certified personal trainers will assist you in goal setting, tailored workouts, equipment use, motivation techniques, and exercise adherence! Let our Personal Trainers assist you in feeling better, moving better, and in gaining more energy to enhance your quality of life. 
Here at the CRC, we currently have 2 personal trainers on staff who will work with you to meet your goals! Bridget and Blake will work with you to discover the areas of your Wellness you would like to improve, set goals, and work toward achieving them. 

*Both private and semi-private sessions are available.

      Meet the Trainers 

      Bridget Klapperich

      As a CRC Personal Trainer, one of Bridget Klapperich's passions is working with clients as they set goals and achieve them. According to Bridget, "People are stronger than they think." She earned a B.A. at St. Ambrose University and an M.A. at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Bridget is also a CRC Fitness Instructor and has been an asset in the implementation of instructor trainings. She has been a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom) for 14 years and she and her husband Ryan, have 3 children.

      Blake Smith 

      Blake Smith is from St. Ansgar, Iowa. He graduated from St. Ansgar High School in 2010. He continued his education at NIACC, where he graduated with highest honors in the Spring of 2014. Blake earned an Associates degree in Applied Science, majoring in Wellness, Exercise Science, and Leisure. Some of his interests include lifting weights, biking, football, and listening to music.
