Aquatic Yoga

Barre Fit

Fitness Instructors: Bethanie Lane & Gayle Nelson
Class limit: 10
Barre Fit is a total body conditioning workout that is ballet inspired. Barre incorporates yoga, strength training, and cardio while using a ballet barre. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Cardio Box

Punch and kick your way through an energizing workout that implements moves from boxing and kickboxing.

Cycling

Indoor cycling is a high intensity, calorie-blasting workout you will enjoy on our top-of-the-line stationary bikes. Our certified instructors will lead you through a workout that is tailored to you by adjusting the bike to fit you perfectly and setting your resistance to find a pace that’s just right whether your a beginner or a seasoned pro. It is a great exercise for toning and shaping your body and for increasing your cardiovascular health. . . all in a FUN group setting!

Cycling Plus

A twist on the basic indoor cycling class. The first 30 minutes is a heart-pumping and calorie-burning cycling class. The PLUS will be an extra boost of strength to really get those muscles working. Some days may involve kettle bells, bands and/or medicine balls.

Dance Cardio

Get your groove on and burn calories at the same time! Dance fitness class incorporates a variety of music that makes for a fun, effective workout. The difference between a dance workout and a traditional aerobic workout is that your moves are based on the music playing and is associated with different sections of the music. You do not have to be able to dance to enjoy this class!

Golden Hearts

This class is designed for older, active adults and will contain stretching, flexibility, balance, lower impact aerobics, and more! Work at your own pace!



HIIT

Fitness Instructor: Angela Naastrom
Class limit: 12
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a workout where you give maximum effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up, burns fat quickly, and keeps your metabolism working up to 48 hours after your workout. Each session will be varied to keep your muscles guessing - you won't fall into a rut with this class!

HYDRO-FIT

Fitness Instructor: Gayle Nelson

You will burn calories and have a complete muscle workout doing water exercises in the recreation pool and in the lazy river. We will use a variety of aquatic accessories such as water dumbbells, noodles, kickboards, etc. Work at your own level!

PiYo

Fitness Instructor: Bridget Klapperich

PiYO is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines Pilates with yoga-inspired moves. This unique blend of movements are designed to build strength, increase core stability and gain flexibility. You will also burn calories! The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat! It's about energy, power and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability.

Pound Fit

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks designed specifically for exercising, Pound Fit provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, toning up, and rockin' out!



Strong by Zumba

Fitness Instructor: Sheri Penney
Class limit: 12
Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.



Shred

Fitness Instructor: Sheri Penney
Class limit: 14
Shred is a high intensity & endurance based workout. Utilizing a popular 3-2-1 interval & circuit format, you will complete four circuits of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, & 1 minute of core. This 30 minute class includes a brief warm up and cool down.


Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves and lots of fun combinations to motivating music. It is the ultimate cardio challenge that is a unique blend of intense intervals, strength and endurance training and a relaxing cool-down. Requires NO previous kickboxing experience or equipment. All fitness levels are welcome in this class!

Water Noodle & Boogie

Fitness Instructor: Lisa Cockrum

The Noodle Workout takes one of the most popular water toys ever invented and it turns it into an effective and FUN piece of water exercise equipment. You will learn how to use the noodle for added buoyancy and perfect positioning that permits powerful aerobic movements. You will get an awesome workout! Noodles provided.

Water Well-Being

Class limit: 12
Join experienced instructor and wellness educator, Laura Wynohrad, as she shares gentle, yet challenging moves in the water that will make you feel great! This class is for anyone that wants to get in the water. You may work in the shallow or deep end of the pool. In addition to moving your body, Laura will be teaching lessons and sharing ideas on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Information will come from Dr. Michelle Robin's book, Wellness on a Shoestring, as well as other credible sources. 

Yoga

Yoga brings together physical and mental exercises to achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This class includes Yoga breathing, beginning and intermediate postures and meditative awareness in a comfortable environment. Enjoy the freedom of working at your own level.
