- Features a 24’x14’ overhead door, allowing renters and vendors to easily bring in and display large equipment

- Large fenced in concrete patio area, directly outside of the North doors
- A 114 space parking lot located on the South side of the building
- Additional spaces are available in the Osage High School parking lot as well as the Northeast side of the Events Center
