$10.00 per challenge; Challenges change quarterly
25 sit-ups - 1/2 mile run/walk - 25 sit-ups - 1/2 mile run

Try this challenge to improve your heart health, maintain healthy weight and to meet new friends!
Each time you walk or run at the CRC, simply record your mileage on the record card at the Welcome Desk. You can work out at your own pace and once you reach 100 miles, you will earn a CRC tshirt.
Anyone 7th grade and up can participate.
