Every month we will be having guest wellness speakers who will educate the us over the lunch hour about well-being topics. All are welcome to this free event, meet in the lobby of the CRC.

Women & Weightlifting
Mondays/Wednesdays
5:15-6:15 PM
Have you ever wanted to weight lift but you’re not sure where
to start? Look no further! This 7 week course will cover the
basics of weightlifting. Work on basic lifts and how to structure a weight training program. Women & Weightlifting is a place to ask questions and learn about weightlifting with a motivating and encouraging atmosphere.

Community CPR & First Aid
Saturday
8:15 AM-1:00 PM
This is a course for the general community who wish to learn CPR/AED certification. This course is a single, integrated
curriculum that includes training in adult and pediatric CPR,
automated external defibrillation (AED), airway obstruction,
and heart attack/stroke prevention, and emergency care.
Students receive the most current content through a variety
of education methods and must practice the required
lifesaving skills on a mannequin and also through simulations, drills, and exercises to earn certification cards.

CRC to the Moon! 
Present-??
We have launched our "CRC to the Moon Challenge"! Help us reach 250,000 miles to get to the moon. Along the way, we will be giving out prizes to the participant's who track their moon miles. Participating is easy!

Follow these 3 steps:
1. Walk/run, bike, elliptical, swim laps
2. Record your distance
3. Turn in your miles (a box is on the fitness floor, Welcome Desk, and fitness classroom)

CRC 100-Mile Walk/Run Club
Ages 7th Grade & Up
Try this challenge to improve your heart health, maintain a healthy weight, and to meet new friends! Each time you walk at the CRC, simply record your mileage on the record card available at the Welcome Desk. You can walk at your own pace and once you reach 100 miles, you will earn a CRC 100 Mile Walk/Rub club t-shirt!

Cost: $15 per participant

CRC Warrior Fitness Challenge
Are you ready for a new challenge? Try our new total body and mind Warrior Fitness Challenge! You can work at your own pace as you complete: 50 mile swim, 50 mile run/walk, 100 mile bike, 100 pullups, 1,000 pushups, 1,000 squats, 2 minute plank. Once you complete this challenge you will earn a CRC Warrior Fitness Challenge t-shirt!

Cost: $15 per participant

Family Net Night
Tuesdays in October
6:30-7:30 PM
A night just for nets! Join your friends for some exciting
games of pickleball, badminton, spikeball, wallyball or minitennis. The nets can be set up for free play on the sports
court. Your game can be a friendly competition or an
intense battle, it’s up to you! All ages and abilities are
welcome to Net Night!

Pick-Up Volleyball
Wednesdays in October & November
6:30-7:30 PM 
18 & up only
Bump, Set, and Spike your way to our pick-up games of volleyball! Everyone of all skill levels is welcome on the Sport Court.

Pick-Up Basketball
Thursdays in October
6:30-7:45 PM 
18 & up only
Get together for a half or full court pick-up game of basketball! No teams needed, just show up and play! Games are open to every one of all skill levels. Rules are posted on south wall of sport court by the pickleball rules.
