From new swimmers to State Champions, all adult swimmers are
welcome at CRC Masters Lap Swim! Members support and encouraage each other as we set realistic fitness goals.
Our number one goal is to learn and/or improve your strokes. Another goal is to learn how to incorporate swimming into your regular fitness routine.
Along the way, you’ll learn to set goals and grow into a competitive swimmer!
*Watch our Facebook page for pop-up Water Pilates classes!
Join Ellen Helfter for a fun and valuable class to help you gain better core strength. You'll be working in the zero entry area of the pool, so swimsuits are neccessary. Utilizing the weightlessness of the water, you will be better able to work those ab muscles through pilates style fitness.
Join our instructors, Mark Miller or Ellen Helfter, as they share gentle, yet challenging moves in the water that will make you feel great! This class is for anyone that wants to get in the water. You may work in the shallow or deep end of the pool.
In addition to moving your body, the instructors will be teaching lessons and sharing ideas on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Information will come from Dr. Michelle Robin's book, Wellness on a Shoestring, as well as other credible sources.
Ages 7th Grade & Up
Cost: $15 per participant
