Are you looking to add a splash of excitement to your water workout? Join the CRC’s 100-Mile Swim Club! Each time you swim at the CRC, simply record your yardage/mileage on the record card available for you at the Welcome Desk. You can work out at your own pace and once you reach 100 miles, you will earn a CRC 100-Mile Swim Club t-shirt!

CRC Warrior Fitness Challenge
Are you ready for a new challenge? Try our new total body and mind Warrior Fitness Challenge! You can work at your own pace as you complete: 50 mile swim, 50 mile run/walk, 100 mile bike, 100 pullups, 1,000 pushups, 1,000 squats, 2 minute plank. Once you complete this challenge you will earn a CRC Warrior Fitness Challenge t-shirt!
This new program will contain fun interval style swim workouts. Learn to use different strokes for a whole body workout and go at your own pace! Challenge yourself and improve your stroke with stroke drills and kicking drills. There
will be Thursday AM practices, special Holiday workouts, and fun social events. A CRC Masters Swimming newsletter will be available along with goal cards. Join the team today and receive your free swim cap!

If you have the goal to be a triathlete we will help you become a sprint triathlete! We will swim, bike, and run during this program.
