CRC Masters Swimming
Improve your strokes with new kicking and swimming drills.
Get a full body workout with structured sets you can do at
your own pace. Team members support each other as we
set and achieve realistic fitness goals. Join us and earn a free
CRC swim cap! Tuesdays are a bonus hour, a workout will be
provided but a coach will not be present. Thursdays will be
coached and have a workout.
