Personal training is a result-driven exercise program designed specifically for you. Let our Personal Trainers assist you in feeling better, moving better, and in gaining more energy to enhance your quality of life. 


Ellen Helfter, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and/or Matt Moberg will work with you to discover the areas of your Wellness you would like to improve, set goals, and work toward achieving them. 

Youth Personal Training

Consultation (must be completed before registering for Personal Training sessions) - $20.00

1 Session - $30.00

4 Sessions - $100.00

8 Sessions - $200.00

12 Sessions - $300.00

20 Sessions - $400.00

Semi-Private Session - $50.00 per session ($25.00 per person for one session)


Basic Personal Training

Elite Personal Training

Meet the Trainers

Ellen Helfter

Ellen wears many hats at the Cedar River Complex! She is our Aquatics Assistant and Recreation Assistant, along with being our NASM Certified Personal Trainer.


Ellen looks forward to meeting with people and sharing her knowledge of fitness and recreation with others to help them grow and to motivate them to become the best version of themselves. She also loves learning from clients as they also motivate her. Ellen will work with you to help you with your fitness goals whether it is to get started or move to the next level.

Matt Moberg

Matt hails from Des Moines, Iowa and is a graduate of Cornell College specializing in exercise science. Currently Matt specializes in sports conditioning; and has worked with all levels of athletes from youth sports to professional NFL athletes, baseball players, and U.S.A. Track & Field athletes.


Matt resides in Stacyville with his wife, Carol and their German Shephered named Braxton. In Matt’s spare time he enjoys running, biking, swimming, motorcycling, and being a pilot.
