All fitness classes are priced per class:
+ 20-30 minute class: $3.00 CRC members // $4.50 non-members

Boxing is an easy and fun way to help with your cardio and build strength to get the most out of your workout. This kind of workout also has a mental challenge because of the movements and rhythms to help you become physically and mentally fit.
Our Boxercise class can help those with Parkinson's Disease and who are 50 years and older to develop better coordination, balance, and fine motor skills.
Cardio and kick boxing - a great way to start off your morning! Led by Carol Tesch or Melinda Darrow.
Designed for maturing individuals, who want to improve their core balance and stability led by Jolene Norby. This class will help you develop better posture, strength, and flexibility while challenging your core.

Indoor cycling is a high intensity, calorie-blasting workout you will enjoy on our top-of-the-line stationary bikes. Our instructor will lead you through a workout that is tailored to you by adjusting the bike to fit you perfectly and setting your resistance to find a pace that’s just right whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro.
Led by Bethanie Lane, this class is sure to get your body moving. Move to the music with an organized dance routine that will be fun and calorie burning at the same time!
A new high-level stretch class geared toward athletes who do high-level aerobic classes, dance, cardio kickbox, cycling, running, etc. The movements in this class derive from track & field, ballet, speed-skating, wrestling, and the martial arts. Participants should be properly warmed up prior to the start of this class!
Let the water soothe your muscles during this class in the shallow end of the lap pool. The instructors, Carrie Barker & Lisa Cockrum, will show you different exercises to keep your body moving.
A fast and furious workout using kettlebells to help burn calories and tone. Led by Ellen Helfter.
A midday break to get you up and moving for 20 minutes! Sneak in a quick workout during your workday to boost concentration and endorphin levels.
From new swimmers to State Champions, all adult swimmers are welcome at CRC Masters Lap Swim!
Members support and encourage each other as we set realistic fitness goals.
Our number one goal is to learn and/or improve your strokes. Additionally, to learn how to incorporate swimming into your regular fitness routine. The last goal is to learn to set goals and grow into a competitive swimmer.

Join Nicole Dodd or Matt Moberg for some functional fitness in the classroom. We will be working on exercises that will help to increase mobility and flexibility.
Some weight work for strength, and stretching are incorporated at the end as well. The idea is to work on basic movement that will help us with our quality of life and longevity.

Let the sand increase the challenge as we follow a HIIT style workout using body weight and functional exercises. This class takes place at the volleyball sand courts in Osage so be sure to bring a water bottle and a towel/blanket to lay in the sand. Led by Nicole Dodd.

A circuit-style routine combining traditional dumbbell exercises with body weight movements that challenge your strength and stability. Designed to enhance sports performance.
Focuses on a gentle progression that minimizes the possibility of hypoglycemia and employs acupuncture points for diabetes.
A fun and beneficial class for anyone with or without Diabetes. Class led by Deneen Schweiger.
Join Ellen Helfter for a fun and valuable class to help you gain better core strength. You'll be working in the zero entry area of the pool, so swimsuits are needed.
Utilizing the weightlessness of the water, you will be better able to work those ab muscles through pilates style fitness.
Join experienced instructors as they share gentle, yet challenging moves in the water that will make you feel great!
This class is for anyone that wants to get in the water.
During Ellen’s Water Well-Being class, the water resistance in the lazy river is used during leg exercises. Dumbbells are used for strength exercises as well to incorporate arm and abdominal muscles. All exercises can be modified to fit your personal needs.
Focus on breathing, beginner & intermediate postures, and meditative awareness. Work at your own level! This class is sure to leave you relaxed and focused to take on the rest of your week. Yoga is led by Jolene Norby.
