You Can Make A Difference
Cedar River Complex Annual Fund Campaign

May 2015 marked five years since the opening of the Cedar River Complex (CRC). The CRC is a non-profit organization that includes a Wellness Center, Events Center (opened in 2008) and an Auditorium. In addition, the CRC is home to the Mitchell County Historical Museum. Without question, the CRC is one of the finest facilities of its kind in the Midwest and has quickly become an indispensable community asset.

The CRC provides more than just a place to exercise. Some families use it as a tool to build relationships, and other members use it to socialize. Some parents come to encourage their children to stay healthy and active. People of all ages are experiencing complete wellness at the Cedar River Complex!

Our first six years have been filled with countless examples of how our members and guests have reached personal weight loss goals, eased arthritis discomfort, experienced heart-warming productions, excelled at youth team building activities, and celebrated another year of being cancer-free. Lives are changing at the CRC!

Our energy for continuing this work is strong. We continually research our next steps to enrich the experiences of those who step through the doors of the CRC. Last year we had the chance to upgrade fitness equipment, along with additional equipment for adult and youth programming, and we added outdoor signage to identify the Events Center. It is also our due diligence to keep the facilities at their peak. In order to do this, we need your support.

We hope that in recognition of the CRC’s mission, you will please consider supporting our Annual Fund Campaign. Each gift will make a difference.

Thank you for your support of the CRC.

Don Pitzen, a member from Stacyville, Iowa says his reasons for coming to the CRC Wellness Center are health and social related. “I want to be proactive health wise. I appreciate meeting a lot of new people.”

After suffering a major stroke in 2010, Bill Demro says the CRC Wellness Center and pool provide a great resource for his continual recovery. “This place is a godsend to me,” states Bill.
